The Full Story
We are very pleased to have recently fenced a grass field solely for dog walking. The field has 6 foot high secure fencing with a fine mesh so small dogs can’t squeeze through or underneath, and high enough so large dogs can’t jump over!

Only one booking is possible per time slot (30 mins or 1 hour), so you have the use of the field entirely to yourselves.
​
Our field in Lilley is over 2 acres suitable for a walk or for recall training. If the weather is typically British you can stay in the shelter of your car with the confidence that your dog(s) can roam freely and safely.
​
Your dog(s) can be let off their leads and avoid risks from other antisocial dogs. We hope it will benefit many people and dogs in Lilley and the surrounding areas.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Very Important to Know...
You will be emailed the gate code when you book, please make sure the gate is locked on exit.
​
The field has gates to keep entry safe, and hard standing so that you can drive into the field and shut the gate before letting your dog(s) out.
​
Dog poop MUST BE collected by you and put in a bag and then put in the bin provided, or taken home.
​
For those using the field, please do not arrive too early, and leave by the end of your allocated time.
​
It is ESSENTIAL that you don’t stand at the gate waiting for the previous booking to finish and leave the field, unless their time has expired. Some dogs using this field are likely to have issues with other dogs. Please stay outside the field gate until your booking time. We will have to ban people who do not abide by this rule.

Please report any damage to the field or fence, uncollected dog poop and any other issues you have.

Directions:
From Lilley Village - Go through Lilley village with the Church on your right. Go all the way over the speed humps towards Hitchin/Oflley. We are the last metal gate leading down a sloped gravel track on the left, before the A505 exit, just before the bend.
​
From Offley/Hitchin - Go right at the T Junction over the top of the A505. We are the first gate on the right, a few hundred meters past the T Junction.
